Add a memory
Tap the camera icon. Import photos and videos together, or take a new photo or video. Optional details can be added later.
Keep a backup
Open the pet profile and choose Export full backup. Save the whole .mimibackup package, including its originals. Mimi does not provide automatic sync.
Correct a date
Open the record, choose Edit record and change Date taken. An estimated date means the original did not include a usable capture date.
Dictation is unavailable
Type your note instead. Dictation needs on-device recognition for your app language and the required iOS permissions.
Delete a record
Open the record menu and choose Delete record. The original in your system photo library and exported backups are unchanged.
Support and privacy requests
Include the app name, platform, app and OS versions, steps and error message. Send only what is needed, redact private material, and never send passwords, recovery codes, tokens or a complete private collection.
